Whatever the cause of flooding, our 24/7 emergency water restoration crew arrives on site quickly to mitigate damage. We perform an emergency demo to only necessary areas, and begin our flood cleanup and drying with industrial air movers and dehumidifiers.
Sewer
When sewer back-ups strike, our emergency team is minutes away to begin sewage cleanup and extraction with a dedicated truck-mounted vacuum system to remove the worst back-ups. We then biowash and disinfect affected areas before setting up appropriate drying equipment to leave you with a clean, safe space.
Wind
When severe winds cause damages, such as removing roof shingles and damaging fencing, our team swoops in to assess, demo if necessary, clean up and repair the damage. With swift attention, we help avoid consequential damage to other areas and bring the damaged area back to its previous state.

Our certified staff fully contain the area and implement a standard negative air pressure working environment, then remove spores or asbestos. What should I do if a disaster happens?
First things first, contact the appropriate emergency personnel when dealing with an emergency.
Call 911 for fire and major flood situations, and if you have an obvious minor leak call a plumber to have any source of water shut off properly. If at all possible, don’t try to move or otherwise clean up after a disaster.
Leave the cleanup to us! Call our 24/7 emergency number at 1-780-791-3663. We will dispatch a crew to remediate any situation. For example, we will clean up the initial mess, remove a minimum of affected structure (like drywall and carpet) when necessary, move any affected contents and document them individually for insurance purposes, and set up appropriate equipment to effectively dry out an area along with conducting monitoring procedures standard for most insurance policies.
How long does the restoration process take?
Like most things, it depends.
Usually, depending on the size of the overall loss, we will have your emergency taken care of in 3-7 days. This includes cleaning and drying water damaged areas and providing a complete list of affected content.
The restoration or repair side can be held back by numerous factors, ranging from completing any necessary approval processes between homeowner(s) and insurance companies, to matching original quality materials for reinstallation. Our goal is always "as soon as possible" to minimize the impact on homeowners!
Can I stay in my home while restorations are being made?
Usually yes. Exceptions to this would be in extreme cases, such as a major fire
Can you work with my insurance company to handle my claim?
We work almost exclusively with insurance companies on various residential and commercial claims. Yes, you can rely on us do to our part in working with your insurance provider or assigned adjuster.
What happens to my belongings during the restoration?
This can vary depending on the size of the project. Typically, salvageable content is properly cleaned and stored until the property owner is ready to receive it.
Non-salvageable content is catalogued and disposed of (with approval from the owner).
